Your main job responsibilities:

• To control and verify the quality of all new and existing applications, services and devices;
• To develop and perform ATP and UAT for new and existing services and applications;
• To analyze product requirements, prepare and implement full cycle test scenarios and test cases in test and production environments;
• To participate in working documentation reviews;
• To generate test reports indicating test results and product status;
• To work closely with vendor and company software developers and engineers and provide feedback for software quality;
• To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management;
• To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures;
• To create, manage and perform automated tests for TM(Targeted Marketing) scenarios.

 

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Technical field is preferred);
• Basic knowledge of mobile communications;
• Knowledge of Quality Management Methodologies;
• Knowledge of Testing documentation handling and development;
• Experience in testing and quality assurance is preferable;
• 1 year of work experience in the field of mobile communications;
• Java, JavaScript (basic), HTML;
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux;
• Knowledge of PL/SQL Programming;
• Azerbaijani and English – advanced level, Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Your responsibilities as a Junior Finance Support Analyst:

• Provide day-to-day functional support to business users across ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.);
• Analyze and resolve finance-related system issues, identifying root causes and ensuring sustainable solutions;
• Support gathering and documentation of business requirements and assist in translating them into functional solutions;
• Participate in testing of system changes and enhancements, validating results against business expectations;
• Assist in preparation and optimization of reports (OTBI, BI Publisher);
• Guide end-users and ensure effective system usage across finance processes;
• Support stability and accuracy of financial processes within ERP systems;
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to their resolution in collaboration with senior team members.

 

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology;
• Basic understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.);
• Initial exposure to ERP systems or strong motivation to build a career in this area;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or reporting tools is an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach;
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.

Your responsibilities :

• Making data supported suggestions in order to adapt Product and Service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings
• Preparing business cases for justification of undertaking a project or program.  Which includes analytical justification of benefit, cost and risk and provides a rationale for the preferred solution
• End to end execution of targeted  retention campaigns, via marketing automation tool
• Supporting coordination of outbound team for execution of win-back outbound calling programs according the segmentation model and operational roadmap
• Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible working areas, including monitoring and evaluation the returns on each campaign (ROI), in terms of subscriber retention, generated revenue, usage, ARPU and etc.
• Analysis dynamics, trends and performance of the market players in Customer Value Management and Business Intelligence areas and assessment of their impact on Company
• Automation of all processes related to core activities of CVM unit, such as business analysis, customer segmentation assignation of segmented offers and reporting
• Providing feedbacks regarding improvement of existing systems and processes as well as end to end implementation of positive changes
• Supporting team during major projects related to CVM scope, including Requirements analysis, Stakeholder analysis, Planning and Design, Solution Evaluation, Implementation evaluation (UAT and Sanity testing) Post-launch analysis and monitoring.

 

Position requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Applied Math and Cybernetics or other related fields
• 1 year of experience in CRM, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or Forecasting in Telecommunication, FMCG, Financial or other relevant sectors
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages 
• Advanced MS office skills
• Advanced knowledge of R, Phyton or other statistical tools is an advantage
• Being fully capable in SQL and/or SAS coding languages is an advantage

• Previous experience in Telco companies;
• Previous experience in Telco companies, BSS or VAS or Azerconnect SDLC knowledge;
• Breadth of product experience;
• Azeri, Russian, English;

Your responsibilities as a Junior ERP Developer:

• Learn and gain hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP;
• Support development and customization of ERP solutions under guidance of senior team members;
• Write and optimize SQL queries;
• Assist in development of reports (OTBI / BI Publisher);
• Support development and testing of integrations (REST/SOAP, OIC);
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP processes and data;
• Participate in development of simple scripts and automation tools (Python);
• Assist in configuration and enhancements of ERP applications;
• Support development of UI components (Visual Builder, Sandbox);
• Document technical solutions and changes;
• Learn and follow Oracle implementation methodologies (OUM);
   

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
• Understanding of SQL fundamentals (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
• Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar)
• Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and HTTP principles
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with JSON/XML
• Azerbaijani – fluent, English – fluent, Russian – nice to have
   

Desirable:

• Any exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.);
• Basic understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR);
• Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
• Basic knowledge of Visual Builder (VBCS);
