Senior IP Transport Network Administrator

Your responsibilities as an IP Transport Network Administrator:    

  • To manage day-to-day MPLS Network;
  • Maintaining and operating Baku and regional IP/MPLS Transport Networks;
  • Oversee troubleshooting for overall network (MPLS, DATA, Mobile Backhaul);
  • Monitor networking equipment (Routers, Switch etc.);
  • To respond to and perform troubleshooting of customer and NOC reported issues;
  • Provision new customer services using defined procedures and templates;
  • Perform maintenance operations during maintenance windows;
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation;
  • To execute job responsibilities and verbal/written instructions by management;
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
  • To keep confidentiality of the company data.
     

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field;
  • Specific areas of expertise;
  • Expertise in TCP/IP networking for Service Provider and Enterprise segments;
  • Expertise in Network and Information Security;
  • Knowledge in Cloud and Virtualization technologies;
  • Knowledge of Unix and Microsoft products;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in ISP and fixed telecom;
  • English, Russian, Azeri;
  • Excellent knowledge of Unix, MS Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP;
  • Switching knowledge – VTP, STP, VLANs;
  • Routing knowledge – Static, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS/VPN, VPLS;
  • Traffic engineering and QoS (Quality of Service) knowledge – RSVP, WRED, PQ, CBWFQ/LLD, MQC etc.;
  • Knowledge and experience in transmission and backbone networks – Ethernet, ATM, SONET, DWDM, MPLS, NAT, BNG;
  • Knowledge in hardware and operating systems of industrial solutions – Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Nokia;
  • Knowledge with scripting languages – bash, python, etc.

Your main job responsibilities as a Control and Analytics Senior Specialist

 

  • Coordinating junior staff on gathering of proper (Financial/Operational) data and creating summary reports based on the collected data and interpretations
  • Analyzing data and drawing financial insights using BI and statistical tools
  • Financial feasibility analysis of business cases (including post analysis) and profitability analysis.
  • Review of BRs, ASRs and other internal controlling related documents.
  • Understanding and interpreting expense trends (project based) including post analysis
  • Performing various types of cost control procedures
  • To execute ad-hoc verbal and written instructions from management

 

Your job requirements:

  • Higher Education in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or similar field.
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and research skills
  • General understanding of variance analysis
  • General understanding of cost formulation
  • General understanding of main financial statements

Your responsibilities as a Backend Senior Engineer:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications; 
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions;
  • Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical services;
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready solutions; 
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices;

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Math/IT related fields;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development; 
  • Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot; 
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture; 
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / Oracle / MySQL) Knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency; 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker preferred); 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset;
  • Azerbaijani – fluent;
  • Russian and English – an advantage.

IT ERP Technical Specialist

Your responsibilities as IT ERP Technical Specialist

  • Analyzing existing infrastructure and getting deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP systems;
  • Understanding business requirements and implement technical solution;
  • Writing customized programs and SQL scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications;
  • Develop ad-hoc SQL queries;
  • Develop BI Reports and Alert;
  • Identify required standard REST and Soap Webservices and testing;
  • Analyze and solve technical user issues related to data and processes;
  • Providing technical support to ERP users and functional consultants;
  • Prepare Technical documentations according to OUM;
  • Develop/Support/Debug Fast Formulas using PL/SQL;
  •  Develop Integrations using OIC and debug current integrations and customizations;
  • Investigate new features of Fusion cloud and implement them;
  • Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces. (Visual Builder, Sandbox etc.);
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance;
  • Develop Python BOTs for automation of business needs.

 

Position requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Information Technology;
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript  with the ability to write clean, readable, and logical code
  • Solid understanding of SQL: writing SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and aggregate queries; familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, or similar
  • Oracle OTBI/BI Publisher - Awareness of reporting tools within Oracle Cloude
  • Ability to handle and manipulate data using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and/or scripting tools such as Python (pandas, openpyxl)
  • Basic awareness of REST/SOAP APIs, understanding how HTTP requests work; exposure to tools like Postman is a plus
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic projects, personal projects, or work experience

  • Familiarity with XML or JSON data formats.

    Desirable:

  • Any exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar ) through coursework or personal interest
  • Basic understanding of finance or accounting concepts (debits/credits, GL, AP/AR)
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloude (OIC) concepts
  • VBCS (Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service) ;
  • Azerbaijani and English fluent, Russian is preferable.
